Don't know the brand. Probably something I got at Home Depot. It would have been the hard stuff you have to mix and blend together by hand and then press into the opening. Mixed very well and then made use it was in the hole totally. Then let cure for several days.

This is what I used for the most part. Used smaller ones for fine tuning the corners

BTW, here is my engine bay. Remember, it has 225,000 miles on it, so it is not a trailer queen.

For balancing the tbi's, instead of constructing a water manometer, simply buy one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/DCI-International-Vacuum-Gauge-Bottom/dp/B009ME3NO0/ref=lp_15729801_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1360357766&sr=1-13 http://www.amazon.com/DCI-International-Vacuum-Gauge-Bottom/dp/B009ME3NO0/ref=lp_15729801_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1360357766&sr=1-13

Then use a rubber hose to connect guage to tbi connection. You will need to use two different rubber hoses with different id/od's to step the hose down from the guage connection to the tbi connection, but that is just a little inexpensive pieces of hose.

Here is the connector for using the above multimeter for setting the tps:

Forget that Mid America says its for a C4 - it works on the 82 also.

Does that mean the 82 is just like an 84 except for cosmetics?

Good looking results. I also was amazed how much aluminum I took off. Wish I had pictures of my results. Lost them on a computer problem and owner of crossfire forum deleted all the pictures I had posted there because he was mad at me. Now that forum hardly exists, so guess there is justice in the world.
