Bob, nice to see you making a ton of progress on it. Looking good. On a side note, every Friday evening in Escondido there is a car meet called "Cruising Grand". Fun event, bring the family and check a couple hundred cars or so. My wife and I go once or twice a month to it.
Man, you have your hands full with that Swiss cheese body. Nice work fixing it all.
Thanks dude! Means a lot coming from someone else going through a huge project. I have looked through your thread and learned a bunch, you take great pictures.
Your work space is awesome, I wish I had that much space.
Thanks for watching, and feel free to pass on any useful tips.
You are an official member of the "Save a Basketcase Club".............
You and I both, Brother

Ed, I would love to join you, that sounds fun! Let me know when you are going next with enough time in advance to give the C5 a good bath, shes a dirty girl at the moment
Well Photobucket sent me an email requiring that I start paying them or they will be blocking my pictures...
So, that's awesome. Anyone have any suggestions other than paying them?
I've been pretty productive the last few weeks, but I haven't posted much, I will have time to do that while I am deployed, and get you all caught back up.
NOW I understand why I always saved my pics on C.D.s before I copied and loaded them onto Photo*ucket!
Save your P.B. pics onto discs......then let Bucket block their ***es off.
WIN/WIN
I still have them all on my computer... which is good for me, but now none of you cam see them
And now there are no pictures
What are you planning to do, go back and replace all the pictures with attachments? That's not going to be an easy task... but I will have time in Iraq to get it done, and I guess its no less tedious than grinding rust, drilling rivets, or sanding fiberglass.

This fiasco makes me so glad I never liked photobucket and never used it. It would take forever to re-associate all of my pictures...
RVZIO, I sent you a PM re these pics and a question I have about the underbody reinforcements.

You get the idea. Actually pretty cool once you get the knack of it and the look.

MoneyPit, the bolts you see were only to hold the bracket while installing the rivets. They will be removed. Sorry for the confusion. Saw this after I read your PM. Sorry Navy for the interruption.

No apologies needed. Its all about sharing knowledge and experience. Thanks for sharing.
Anyone know whats going on with the Photobucket Picture hosting? I can see some (but not all) of the pictures on my and other threads (that were posted from photobucket) some get the error message (With the gauge picture) and some display. It appears all the quoted pictures get the error.
I was going to go through and update the thread and attach the pictures, but If I don't have to...
Its been a few months. I've been out of the country on business.
Fortunately I've had some bodywork done in my absence. I will try to post some pictures that I have received.
Unfortunately, my home needed a new roof - so a significant amount of free funds that would have been flowing into the Vette, ended up on the roof. I'm caught up again and will start purchasing parts for me to come home to. I've been getting caught up on all the projects I have been following, I'm excited to see the progress everyone else has made while I've been away.
