Safety Car
it can be done, I did it, only because other than being burnt up it was a full numbers matching car. I bought all original used fiberglass parts and rebuilt it, every nut and bolt.

I bought the car as is, 1 owner car, it burnt up 25 years ago in a house fire.
I do all my own work, including paint. now complete 100% numbers matching 425hp.

Hi,
Considering how terrific 'wraps' and 'dips' are, perhaps this is the PERFECT candidate for one or the other.
$2500 and 5 gallons of 'dip'…. it'll probably take a couple extra coats to get the shape just right.
Regards,
Alan

Burning Brakes
I'd rather start with that than some of the rusty POS that guys find for less than $2500 and then post here asking if they should buy it...
Only problem is the salvage title which in most states means it can't be titled and it will never be insurable.

I've never heard that a car with a 'salvage' title can't be insured??? I've know several folks who have had one. Pretty sure they were insured.
