spreader bar chassis
belt guard cover the lower rad hose on rear passenger side stud.
good to hear pulley not issue..
tried removing pulley cannot do it fan doesn’t sit right, unless im missing something .
Debating diy or buyng..i like idea of slotting rear side of bracket for easy removal/ install as it is a pita reach
I think the threads on the stock studs don't go all the way to the hub, and the nuts would have bottomed out on the stud, not the pulley? I forget the actual issue, but I wouldn't have bought parts if the stock parts worked. Perhaps you can make up the difference with washers (may not be the best idea). Or use fully threaded studs. Or you could cut the V-groove off of the pulley and just use the center section. But the pulley may not interfere with the spreader bar in any case.
