Finally finished pulling the diff apart and prepping for paint.

Also set out a few other parts to be cleaned and painted.

Man, this is surely the marathon of all marathons….

Have been upgrading the 'shop' slowly with a blasting cabinet and shop press.

Made the decision to go frame off as well. Mainly still gathering parts (bought my heads for example) and am in the process of cleaning, blasting and painting all reusable suspension and drive line components. I will also go EFI for this build and leaning heavily towards the Edelbrock ProFlo.

My 10 year old has gotten bit by the gear head bug and made this project so much more rewarding!

Nice progress.
I remember when my son started to get interested in what dad was doing out in the garage.
He still has and uses his first set of tools.
