Quick Jack, Still Like It?

I hate doing things twice.
It does get a bit confusing when the instructions say to do it one way and the how to videos on their website say something slightly different.
Like you said, I’m probably overthinking things.
The SUV adapters have two heights by simply adding/removing a heavy steel ... whatever, shank, thing. Rock solid, zero issues and I intend to leave it at the 1 foot mark a while as it's a convenient height to fiddle around with small stuff. Headlights, fiber optic etc.
Of course I'll still make sure to have jackstands etc just in case. That's common sense, not overthinking.

First I had to move our road and mountain bikes that have been hanging over the top of the car for needed overhead clearance.
Today I slid the frames into position, adjusted the blocks and did the maiden lift of the car.
So nice, easy and smooth.
I only raised it up to the first position and found there was lots of space.
Do you have the rubber blocks "double stacked"? It seems that way. I would not do that after viewing youtube videos where the come flying out.
Kinda surprised you can even squish 2 in there! I do NOT think my car is lowered but I would not be able to squish 2-stacked in there.

If you notice in the pictures you can see how they are not straight.
As soon as I saw that I dropped the car to the ground and thought never again.
I had the car on wheel dollies when I lifted it and removed them when I lowered the car.
I could not remove the front blocks double stacked, so I had to jack up the front with a floor jack to remove the blocks.
Another reason to just use one single block.
