A bar in the garage. Brilliant! Is there a bathroom in the garage? Somewhere to store snacks? You're garage is bigger and better equiped than my first apartment. When you misbehave, does your wife send you to your room without dinner?
Good luck on your project. When you get done, I'll be ready to send you my Quadrajet. Will you still use the car for testing? You could send an autographed glossy of the car with each carb. Caption would read, "This carb rebuilt and calibrated by Lars, and tested on this vehicle" I'd frame it.

No bathroom yet, but I was thinking about putting a urinal on the wall... Yes, there is a fridge, and there are 2 kegs on tap. Just the bare neccessities...

It's going black with red leather interior. Currently, as you can see, it's a Saddletan car - the rarest color in '64. It's rare because it's ugly. Ugly will be eliminated.

I bought all the steel tubing and sheet metal, along with 4 swivel lock 5" casters, for $150 yesterday. I'll have the dolly built and welded tonight, and the car will be off the lift and on the dolly tomorrow morning. I'll post up a pic when it's all done.

Is that leather or vinyl?
Currently, it's vinyl. I'm having a hard time finding pre-made leather seat covers for those optional seats, though...
