I haven't, but it's on my list of future modifications to consider. I've read posts about several others (besides Bee Jay) on here, there was one recently with a c7 style vent in an L88 style hood, there's one I read from some time back (in a thread about reducing engine bay and interior temperatures) that used long slot vents either side of the bump/bulge in the hood. And there was another one that had a vent behind the radiator with a scoop underneath to pull the air from the radiator out through the hood. Sorry, not sure about usernames, and would have to search for thread links.
What did you have in mind? My thoughts were along the lines of a vent or vents behind the radiator to extract the radiator air.

I am looking at doing something- but haven't made a decision yet...
Was looking at using C2 66 Big Block hood vents-
Rosslato -
Here's some that are interesting-
11-14 Mustang- I know -WHO would put a Mustang part on their car???
OK- I like these - but off a Hyundai Genesis...no really-
Got the hood cut....
Looking at getting the hot air out up front-
Would like to get a hold of or make something like this to get the hot air out-

A fait bit discussed in this thread, some quoted posts below: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ve-120mph.html
I did some yarn testing on a BB/LT1 hood with the vents opened up and no seal from the rad support to the hood. Airflow was marginal at road speed, but at 100+ I noticed the yarn started to really get pulled out of the vents.
I also did a bit of testing on the side gills for under hood air extraction. I had a 1" wicker in front hoping that would help evacuate more air... but it did not. (I still havent tested it without a wicker though) Air flow through the gills was pretty minimal, relatively speaking for 100+ speeds. If the air is not exiting through the side gills, you can assume that most of the air going through the rad is going right back under the car (not ideal).

caveat: here are the hood vents i designed and had installed. i used 3m body adhesive tape and believe me, you can't pry it off. not everyone's cup of tea, but this is an old street racer with a lot of patina. sure lets out a lot of heat when it's standing still!
hood open and you can see how much open area there are in the vents. every little bit helps and personally, i like how they look.

I know some of the heat is exiting through the fender vents as after driving its hotter than the fiberglass above it.

From ecklers. You can buy the hand laminate twin turbo hood or the l82. For about 700 bucks. I have had the vented TT since around 1990

Removed this center area on my 77 hood. Not sure if it's bringing cool air in or letting hot air out but I would like to believe it's helping.
