Removing A/C
I have a 69 Coupe with A/C
But I would like to remove the A/C from the car. The engine is out of the car, so I have easy access.
But what do I need?
I've found a used heater housing case, and I assume I need the heater core also, is that correct?
Also what else do I need ?

Hi,
I did the same thing on my car. You should be able to use your existing heater parts but purchase an acdelete.com cover.
Check out this thread to see how it looks. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...e-on-79-a.html

Thanks all :- )
Yes, I don't need an A/C in my car, and it will cost a lot of money to make it work. And since, as you say I live in Denmark, then no thanks :- )
And if I would go for A/C then I would buy a classic A/C system, and install in the car.

I agree....you trying to keep this system working with factory style parts can be quite expensive...and that happens to my customers and they live here in the U.S. So I can only imagine on how much more it costs to get parts shipped to you.

same, used 3m adhesive, the same stuff they use to attach the plastic to the inside of the modern car doors. Worked ok, may redo it as it doesn’t look very professional
