its hard to see but i can assure you i managed to puncture the brown wire that was powering the headlights. its extremely hard to shine a light, point a camera and stab a small wire all while breaking your back over a leather seat and squeezing under a steering wheel

Before you spend any more time on this get the correct bulbs and flasher relay installed.
You my friend are a glutton for punishment...
You could have just tested Circuit #9 the brown wire at both L&R at the front side marker lights...
Doing so would confirm you have a good circuit through your new forward lamp harness at the bulb sockets.
Also test the front Park/Turn bulb socket on the brown wire, it is also Circuit #9.
Read the Circuit Operation sheet I posted a couple more times.
It will explain when and where you should see voltage.
The circuits numbers on the drawing are numbed and the wires are color coded.
So you're looking for circuit #9 Circuit #14 Left and Circuit #15 Right.
IMO this is one of the hardest Circuits to troubleshoot because all filaments are in parallel to ground.

Okay, ive installed the correct flasher and bulbs. I also tested the brown wire to each marker lights and there is power to it when blinking and constant power when the headlights are on.

This is the flasher you just replaced where the spaghetti mess was correct? #224

I just don't get it if it's still not flashing with the headlights on...
The grounds I think are good or the bulbs wouldn't flash at all...
You have the correct duel element 1157 bulbs front and back?
You have the correct 168 side marker bulbs front and back...

I actually didn't replace the rear marker bulbs..
I also asked the guy at orileys for the specific flasher and he didnt have the "224 Flasher" you suggested but he told me that when he looked up 224 flasher relay in the system that the same one kept popping up and it cost me a pretty penny too.. heres the flasher he gave me- https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Repla...aign=CSEGOOGLE

I know.. I know how it doesnt look like the right flasher to me either but i just finished a long shift at work, i was sweating from the heat and i wanted to go home and hope it worked.. but obviously it didnt.. at this point if i have to get a link to the 224 flasher relay you suggest then ill order it because they did not have what we wanted at all, not in stock and not available to order.
Id also like to inform you that my headlights dont have a mid setting its just off or all 4 brights come on. when i pull the headlight leaver back half way the blinkers still operate but no headlilghts come on.. when i pull the leaver all the way back all 4 headlights come on and instantly my blinkers just stop..

ps. yes i have the 1157 rear bulbs
ps.ps. i had my trans rebuilt and they ripped my center console off and it revealed a yellow and white wire that connected to a 3rd flasher relay.. i have no clue what it is for.

There is only one ground wire at the rear and I think you already pulled and cleaned that area.
But in the link they talk about the connector behind the left floor kick panel.
You might try and pull the kick panel and unplug and look see if the connections look clean.

This is the rear ground for lights and the strap is the antenna ground.

I’ve just uncovered these wires for the first time.

I sprayed electronic cleaner

This is how much light comes off when I test the blinker.. not so much

This is how much goes off when the headlights are on..

I did it. I ******* fixed it. It’s working.. kinda they’re doing that stupid thing where they flash but they flash at different times haha.

Long story short. The person who painted this car obviously painted wires so the blacks and brown wires were switched around... but I changed my front lamp harness right? Yup I did.. unfortunately it didn’t come with these wires. So me being stupid, I took scissors and cut the wires because there was this rubber connector that I couldn’t take out when gutting the old wires. Little did I know that the rubber part can be disconnected and fit through the small hole I was ripping wires from.. so I reconnected the wires after putting the new harness in.. couldn’t tell what color was what due to the red paint.

I don't know who you ordered your forward lamp harness from but the 2 turn signal harnesses are available for the early 77
You have the round harness plug

Now, for the headlights, the 2 outer lights have 2 filaments in them, a low beam and a high beam.
Maybe both of the outer low beam filaments are just burned out.

You talking about the pivot bracket of your wiper switch?
So the turn signal arm just flops around correct?
