Advantage lift being installed in July 2021! Absolutely love this thing: Super strong (official Rating is 10,000lbs/installer claimed will easily handle 14,000 lbs), great safety features, came with drip trays, each bay has roller steel roller tray for each bay, rated at 4,500 lbs each to jack the car on lift, etc. I have an 11 foot ceiling but would have preferred 12 feet...............I can easily walk under the lift regardless of cars on it with plenty of room for cars below on ground level to fit
So I started my communications with Wildfire and Advantage. Wildfire got back to me the next day... still waiting on an answer from Advantage.
Wildfire is partnered with ABF & ship directly through them to ABF terminals or to industrial locations that have a forklift to unload. They quoted me $689 to ship to the ABF terminal in Sikeston MO which is about 100 miles away from me.
So comparing the Advantage DX-9000-HD and the Wildfire WF9000 Standard which are both rated at 9,000 pounds
DX Price $5,995 including shipping to some unknown location WF $5,395 + at least $689 = $ 6,084
Dimension wise they differ a bit outside widths of posts with DX at 108" and WF at 114" but oddly enough the width between posts are only an inch difference with the WF being an inch shorter than the DX
Watching videos the Advantage looks to be built using better components and the shipping weight is 200 pounds more so that shows that. The Advantage lift uses 1/2" cable and 5" pulleys.
Edit: of the two Advantage is the only one to be ALI certified including the power pack.

This short video has some interesting replies to questions. I've seen some say that Wildfire is made in the USA but it seems that all lifts are made in China...
Another thing that does not make sense to me is the Wildfire WF9000 is $5,395 and the WF9000EXW is $$6,395. The only difference is the track is 4" wider on the EXW and the cross beam is 7" longer. The EXW only weighs 200 pounds more than the standard yet the XLT which is longer than the standard and weighs 365 pounds more than standard but is less price than the EXW at $5,995. Seems to be a Corvette Tax in there...
I bought this one just last week for the same reasons your looking for a compact lift. This is one of the smallest 4 post lifts you can get and the C3 fits on it nicely. It has a casters kit you can buy optional and move the lift around if needed but of course nothing can be on the lift when moving it. AMGO 407P
My garage is 38X24 with 9 foot ceilings

Unless something drasticly changed in the last 8 months, it is made in China. Lift industry knows "Made in USA" is a huge selling point, if it was made in USA they would publicize the hell out of that fact IMO.
It would be on the front page in bold letters when you bring up the website.
Advantage in designed in USA and built in China, Advantage told me that they observe manufacturing on site in China multiple times a year to ensure quality.
I picked up this older"direct Lift" used for $500, and it came with a jack stand. (I had to disassemble and move)
I also have a Bendpack in the attached garage.
The bendpack seems slightly heavier duty,
I will be moving the Bendpack to the new garage this weekend.

AFAIK Backyard Buddy is the only lift manufactured in the USA, I just don't like the 4" posts... they do offer a wide track model with 23.5" wide tracks but it's $8k and has 4" posts. The Wildfire wide lift is $6,395 plus shipping which seems to be about $700 to me so a grand less than the Backyard Buddy.

I have close friend with a Backyard Buddy a and it has served him well. When I purchased my Advantage, BB only had a 7000 pound lift. I wanted at least 9000lb so it was between the Advantage in the Wildfire. I think they are very comparable and you would be satisfied with either the Advantage or Wildfire. The wildfire was about $750 cheaper and for me I paid more to have the peace of mind for the certification and said to be better unit.
Just an update on the 4 post lift search, I found an email for Advantage the other day and sent them an email asking where they ship to but I've not heard back from them using that means so that's two strikes for Advantage... dunno what's so hard about answering an email. The seem so fixated on wanting you to call them but I prefer email.
Wildfire communication has been fast.
Just to toss some gas on the fire a buddy has a Rotary CRO14 walk through lift. I need to go look at it...
I have had a Direct Lift for twelve years now. Got it with the sliding jack and aluminum ramps. It has been flawless and is used at least once a week. Could not be happier.

I too have the AMGO lift and really like its compact size.

Thanks for posting that. I wasn't previously aware of the AMGO label. I'm looking for an additional four poster ,but can't justify the price of another Backyard Buddy. I like the smaller size and that it looks like I can just get the basic lift, and don't also have to pay for the accessories I don't want (or have ever needed) such as the casters, etc.
