Semantics? There's nothing semantic about "above zero" vs negative or below zero or vacuum. And many vacuum guages do have a partial positive pressure scale. You should spend less time defending yourself, and more time correcting yourself.

Anyhow, you were the one looking for the debate, not me. I'm just looking out for all the "idiots" on here that might believe what you say and not what you mean. Being in this thread is making me dumber if anything.

my point of reference. the vacuum gauge on my race car. it is a vacuum gauge, note there are no NEGATIVE numbers. If it had numbers for positive pressure, it would be a vacuum/boost gauge. Check AutoMeters website
