Did an ABS Tester show that it was open? Once you access or remove, terminals should show 0 Ohms with the Module in a horizontal positon; infinite when tilted. Pretty simple part, never seen one go bad (except with an interior fire, but then there was a lot of other problems too).

I replaced all four speed sensors. checked all fuses, checked all connections. The reason I think its that is, I was parking on the grass on a slight hill when the light came on. I'm thinking it's stuck. I will check Ohms. Thanks! any ideas accepted

Looking at my ABS info, it's actually under the AC control head, so it seems that you may not have to remove the center console.

There is a very easy way to test it in the FSM. I may not remember perfectly, I believe you tip it sideways for a min and the ABS MIL should come on. There are two mercury switches inside.

If the ABS light is allready on, you should ohm it out with power removed - or maybe you can find a Tester somewhere (every now and then a Dealer has one) to determine exactly what the problem is. Can't imagine more than an hour of Shop time.

A vertical incline shouldn't effect the switch.

Don't know of any way to get at it without removing the Console Trim which means the Dash and Center Trim need to come off also and yes, you need to remove the HVAC control head once everything is out of the way.

It will read 0 ohms in it's normal position and (open) infinite tipped 90° from vertical.

It was actually horizontal. I was at a corvette show and they were parking us on the side of a hill.
