Awesome, thanks for all that info! So this kit (https://bityl.co/RR4B) includes all the gaskets and seals I'll need for the job?
And is this the seal installation tool?: https://amz.run/9SaU

When you say a new water pump will come with o-rings, are those SEPARATE than what comes in the kit? Are they installed on the pump already?

Yes, the gasket kit you linked is the one. Remember, they are year specific! Notice the 2 o-rings for the water pump.

I almost got that tool from Amazon, but went with one slightly cheaper. Didn't work out. Try that and see.

If you buy a new water pump, it will come with the o-rings. I forget if they were installed; however, sliding the o-rings on the shaft will be the easiest part of this job. Either way, you'll have o-rings if you get the gasket set.

Also, check out rockauto. They have pretty good prices on the same items.

Yes. From the passenger side, with a mirror and a flashlight. It has to be clean enough to read.

I'd hold out for a petris if you can. Talked to them yesterday and told me early september to be back in stock. Maybe get in contact with them.
I have my 94 with a vented petris for 2 years and 20k miles. They also have lifetime warranty for 55$
