Actually Jere Stahl builds some 1 3/4" stepped to 1 7/8" as well as 1 7/8" stepped to 2" for C4's but they're EXPENSIVE and they aren't even coated. I built a set of 1 7/8" headers for mine when I put the solid roller/SP 396 in it about 4 years ago; nobody was building any at the time. I sold those recently to a friend of mine but can probably "borrow" them in order to jig off of them. My new headers are 2 1/8" primaries with 4" collectors. But they're actually a pre-existing set I plan on modifying. They're actually a custom set of race headers for a C2/3 Vette; we used them on our Super Stocker when it ran a Reher-Morrisson small block... Since my car doesn't have the heater box or A/C (or much anything else) in it I can simply mod these slightly to work... Anyone that would want any THIS big though in a stock engine compartment would have to pay me A LOT... These friggin' things are HUGE!

I'll do the TH400/350 conversions first and then move to one of the others...I really think I'll probably look at doing the solid axle setup as well but the chromoly halfshafts will be the easiest so I'll probably do those first.
