If going to the trouble to install rails.. feed them both and connect the ends you don't feed. Be sure every cylinder gets what it needs. May not be really needed, but I feel safer doing it that way and its no big deal. Just installed the Holley rails myself.

Also, I thought I answered but maybe I didn't..

Mine DID sit flush.. on the C6's you have to knock down the top edge of the radiator. Is that what is in the way on yours? Mine was basically touching the radiator afterwards, so I put some fabric/friction tape on the plastic piping where they touched to give it something to wear besides the plastic.

But..I think it should sit flush

I can send you a file if you have tuning capabilities. Or send you another PCM ready to go. Shipping may cost a bit though.

nullpointer, did you have to cut and break off the original idler pulley bracket?

On the fuel rails.. which kit did you get? There is one with a few AN fittings and such with it, then there's another with basically just the rails

If you're using the stock line, I would assume the best way is to use a 3/8" OEM to AN converter, then split that to two lines, then run one line to each rail (assuming you don't want to connect the rails)

But, I've never assembled one, so I'm only guessing based on the research I've done so far. I am planning on using Holley rails though. May build a fuel system for mine soon
Yes, the headers never sealed correctly with MLS gaskets. The flanges are just a tiny bit warped but the remflex gaskets should solve that.

I have the holley fuel rail kit with all the AN fittings. I also have their accessory kit to attach the stock feed to an AN line. Lots of pictures will be taken so you can check it out before purchasing

I plan on doing a setup like this to tee in the feed line

I didn't modify the radiator at all so this may be the solution.

Yes, I am going to be running an SD tune so I cut the MAF out and used the ECS relocation kit to splice in the IAT sensor.

Sounds like Doug will shoot you a tune, Matt@FSP is going to be helping me out. I am fine with MAF tuning NA cars but SD tuning a boosted car with meth is out of my league honestly.

You only have to modify the power steering bracket. I saw your build thread, did anyone give you a link to install instructions?

http://www.eastcoastsupercharging.co...harger-kit.pdf

My install is fresh in my mind so shoot me any questions if you need help

Save the instructions somewhere on your computer. Download/install Adobe Reader if you don't have it already. Open that file in Adobe Reader, and all the pictures will show up.

Here is a mock up of the fuel rails I came up with

I still need to confirm that -6 AN is correct but I can pick up the following and the T should work.

you can also plug the driver side rear rail and run the feed line behind the intake and feed it from the passenger rear then have them cross over in the front

I would join the back ports. Not hard especially if you do it and then put the rails on the car.

Wouldn't use anything else. Used regular stuff when first installing my ECS kit and my garage smelled like a gas station.

That's what I thought.. just making sure there wasn't a negative I hadn't seen yet.

Guess that means I get to switch my wish list over to Fragola PTFE stuff

Think I'm going to use Frabola's black hose too, not sure which one.

Any thoughts on the different brands of hose/fittings? Everyone seems to say stay away from the Summit PTFE fittings/hose

Fragola and Aeroquip seem to get positive comments in general

(Sorry OP, don't mean to hijack your thread here)
