Thanks. And thanks to everyone else for the suggestions.
I bought my car from them too. Go back and talk with them. If the fix the blinkers (hazzard switch, mine does it too). And you like the car, then you did OK.
GO have some fun with those old tires.

The salesman already refused to fix the blinkers.
My main issue is the fact they're guilty of false advertising. I'm pretty sure that's fairly frowned upon in the legal world.
If I have to get a lawyer to solve this problem, I will.

Good luck.
Contrary to what many people believe, there is no automatic right to cancel a valid contract, even if done within 3 days. Only certain types of contracts come with a "3-day right of rescission", such as health club contracts or some sales of goods or services made at your home. In order to cancel such a contract, you must give written notice of cancellation to the seller within 3 business days of your signing the cotnract. A lawyer will be able to tell you if a particular contract comes with such a right to cancel.

I'm not sure what state that refers to, but there is a definitive 3 day right of recision on several things in several states. Google proved that much...it was even on a couple of .gov websites.
Whether or not it's true for used automobiles in Florida, I do not know, and can't seem to find out.
Either way, I've got them nailed for bait and switch / false advertising. I think they'll cave.

That was Florida law. They will say that was an "internet special".
How so with the bait and switch?
I am just curious as I hope you can nail those azzwipes.

I confirm to you that such a law does not exist in Florida.
But take the car back and get out of this deal as quick as possible.
Good luck.
