Z Reborn
I have a few questions.
Genos over pats huh? ok i like both.
solid roller or hyd cam?
I want Mike to retune with SD tune, you have any issues?
That sheetmetal intake is hot - I like the Rapid logo
I read the thread and im suprised so many people dont know Mikey or question what he's up to. He is well aware of what resleeved blocks are like and what the increased leverage a stroked crank has on them - we had that exact conversation @ cecil.
I would do the MSD coils reclocated or not for looks and aftermarket valve covers. Did you get a vaccum pump? you can jazz up the underhood more with some steel lines and fittings for that.

Im running a hyd cam with shimmed lifters, havnt had any issues with the tune.
Im planning on doing pretty much that setup with the MSDs. I have the vacuum pump kit you can see it in the engine bay pics its on the front right of the motor.
Which Jon and Ryan do you know?
The funding would come from me and considering your older than me the 'kid" thing doesnt work
Im going beyond excessive for the next setup, I want well into the 4 digits at the rear wheels and I dont care the cost to get me there

. A real bad *** diesel crew cab could be alot of fun.

And im REALLY looking forward to putting the drag pack on and taking some passes down the 1320

Those rear tires look HUGE btw. Don't be in a hurry to get the DR's.... roads are just too cold/hard to make any difference now anyways.
Ya gotta post up another video of that beast, would love to hear it from start-up, idling, and of course..... Driving down the street!! Have fun & keep us posted on any new mods.

Ha true, my buddy was busting my ***** saying he can get some of the studs he runs in his snowmobile and make me a set of tires.
I told him I had plenty of spares if he wanted to try
The diff is dead silent BTW
Thanks guys

Garage queen owners look away!!!
600+hp winter drivers

First off all my interior was already out so that saved time, first step was to cut out some of the body to get to the frame rails to mount the legs

After you get the fiberglass up your greeted with the glue under it

A chisel and die grinder made short work of it

First fit to mark for holes

****Note***** Anyone wanting to or planning on installing the bar, mark 1 hole for each side and each leg, pull the bar out again, install a rivet and then put the bar back in and bolt it down and then mark and drill the rest of the holes through the holes in the bar. Its to much of a pain to get them right the first time with the bar just sitting in there.
Marked an drilled the holes in the B pillar, my above advice is because this way did not work out as well as I wanted.

Install the threaded rivets

After putting the bar back in it didn't sit as well as I wanted and one of the legs through-bolt holes didn't line up with the top of the bar so I took out all but 1 bolt on both sides and took out the legs bolts and am going to weld it so everything lines up how I want it.

After I finished up I took it down and finally gave it a bath

This car is beast, im going to get some street vids tomorrow
