If your windows are tinted. Maybe they didn't see you wave.
I try to roll my window down so oncoming Vette's see me wave.
I wave at all Vettes (about 80% wave back around here). I don't take it personally if they don't. I figure some don't see me and the others don't want to join in on the fun of the camaraderie. I'm happy in my Vette and I hope others are too in their's. So, I just keep on waving because maybe those who are too cool to wave will eventually warm to it. Like sharing a smile in hopes it will spread.
I think the C6 has brought a lot of people that would normally not drive a corvette to the table simply because of the design and new elegance and exotic look factor. People in Mercedes and BMW and porsche do not wave...and these are the people switching to a C6 therefore they dont wave
I got mine just before the snow started falling. I can't wait to wave. If you see some guy with a grin that looks like he couldn't possible have any more teeth showing and an arm waving at anyone who will wave back that'ell be me
I always wave at any vette I meet on the road and if I am somewhere and see someone pull up in one I will say hi just to be friendly to fellow vette owners. That just how I was raised here in KY.

I think you hit it right on the money with alot of C6 owners going thru their mid life crisis and not real Corvette people. They just bought one and they thought they would look COOL. They will tire of them by the time the car hits 5-6,000 miles and will move on to something else. GOOD RIDDENCE!!!
...I had a lifted TJ and still have a modded Jeep ZJ...believe me, there are tons of Jeep owners who don't wave back...often, if you have some nice mods on your truck, people get jealous...but it doesn't matter to me....Jeep and Vette drivers still get my wave...Cheers, Indy.
Back when i had my Jeeps it was about 50/50. Half the Jeep drivers would wave, the other half would tell me they were going to steal my lightbar
