Good point blacksedan! If you have something else on there I am guessing the Fault Code\Error Message will stay on there and not cycle back to what you had before?

Good Idea, I usually cycle through everything and end up staying on Average MPG
I too cycle through all the important data, but then leave it blank in case of a warning. Although, the HUD would alert me to look down. Not to hijack the OP's thread, but when I cycle the information on my 99's hud I can't get to just a readout of the MPH and nothing else, when did that start, 2001?
