I turn off T/C, put my heel on the brake, toe the gas up to like 4k and dump the clutch. Tires start spinning and I transfer my left foot to the brake and right foot to the gas to modulate the RPMs.
Ignore the T/C fail at the beginning.

Burning Brakes
here's mine.
traction off
2nd gear
rev up a bit
quickly off the clutch
move left foot over to brake and just use enough pressure to get the car motionless
modulate gas to keep tires going and modulate brake just enough to keep still.
sorry for horrible sound. My camera sucks beyond belief.
