Getting back to the "dash cover". Anyone ever lift a quart can of resin, I have as I worked in a fiberglass shop of an aerospace company years ago. Let me just say, it's dang HEAVY haha. Some can differ with me, that's fine, but I'll tell you, this thing has got to be HEAVY and getting HEAVIER by the hour!

Default enough is enough

Been following from the beginning but have had enough. Snorting, Smoking or just no gray matter left far to many great reading available. This is on the line with the dumbing of America and in my humble opinion has to be one of the lest important threads ever. Again, just my humble opinion.

Thank you for your oh so important input. I don't know how we'd have survived without it.

Im sorry guys, It WILL get done its just theres an even called "rod run" in Ocean City,MD and as of right now my vette cant move, and the weather here is (raining) so I honestly havnt worked on it. Im having the car towed to Jeremy Fromato to get a dynotune AFTER I do a new clutch flywheel and slave install All of this done before May 19th. So until the car can run and drive, this is on hold until I can get away from this ITB haha

Yup thats actually what Im going to try first. That will really help costs if I can pull it off. The curves of the dash will make it hard but I may be able to pull it off. I got quoted on my cap being hydrocraboned and we're looking at $300 plus shipping. Im afraid to ship it as well as pay that for this.

I was checking out some DIY videos for installing the Vinyl on youtube. It seems to be perfect for tight corners, etc. The first thing that came to mind when I was watching it was your dash. Did you check out the link I posted? I think they have much better price then 300 bucks. and shipping is free. Oh and the weight factor will be considerably less.

I'm going to give it a go on my center console to breakup the flat black.
