This is a true statement, but on a 4 door car, there is factory tint on the rear doors and back window. So the guy sitting in the back seat with the AK-47 is ok, as long as its not the guy in the front seats, the cop needs to look through the front windows only. This is an oxy moron to me!

Also, it is easier for a cop to see back-seat passengers from in front or diagonally if the front windows and windshield are not tinted heavily.

Park in the sun, spray with ammonia based window cleaner, like Windex, don't score the film, put black plastic trash bag on the film, the bag will cling to the wet window. Let it set ( I waited 15 minutes) and peel from the edge. Mine came off in one piece. Then all you need is to clean off the adhesive.

I found a good way to remove the adhesive today. I just saturated the area with invisible glass. They used about a 4" wide scrapper blade to remove the stuff. Wasn't too bad.
