I hope to have one soon as well. I'm on the waiting list also. Feelin a bit naked without the one I had. Have to check with Pete to see if he has any new info yet. Can't wait to see that gleaming new carbon fiber dawning the a** of my vette.
Here are a couple I found that would be the closest I have of a full side shot. The first pic with diffuser in grey primer is before the final fin was rounded. Sorry I didn't get a chance to get all the pics I wanted after the final adjustments where done. They wanted it shipped so they could get the molds going.
Yes it is Pete's C5R front splitter in carbon fiber. I love it. The C7's must have got some styling cue's from this splitter. My grandson putting the final detail on the the wheels. This pic gives a better view of the front splitter

I'm on the preorder list and still don't have any idea as when to expect the diffuser to arrive. I would like to see a picture of what I'm spending $1000 on. ( carbon fiber version)
Something like this perspective where the car is 60% of the shot
would be nice.
Close ups and side shots in this thread don't quite give me the view I want.
And then a little further back.

A more racing track version is on the table but they need to get the original version out first. I talked to G3 and he has some out of the molds. I purchased a complete rear clip and tub assembly of a C5 and shipped it to G3 to use as a jig for a fitment base. Basically a quality assurance investment.

They are Sport Muscle GS wheels with C6 Z06 back spacing. 19x10 fronts with 275 30 19 tires. 20x12 rears with 345 25 20 tires. I am using a 20mm or 3/4" spacer adapter on the rear to bring them out flush with the 2" flared rear quarters. These are simular to the oem GS wheels but have a deeper concave and the "Y" at each end of the spoke is wider than stock. These wheels have unfortunately been discontinued. You can find them.periodically on the C6 parts for sale forum. I do have a lead through one of the social media groups on a set if you are interested.
Is there any word on this project? I would really like to have this piece on my car but when this started I thought it would have been on long before now! I may have to go a different way because I want to drive the car this spring, not work on it. I would love to know what's going on.

Word is I'm having another manufacturer make these. Can't say much else at this point but once they get going on fit, they will be done fast as their operation is huge.
