I have the newer style HID projector on it's way. It is not released and available for public sale yet and is on-loan. Based on the size it looks like we can narrow down the amount of parts required for mounting which will keep costs and weight down. Soon after we will be looking at building a set of prototypes.
mray, Is your kit going to be a retrofit using the stock US housing to mount the HID projectors as I've seen in another post on this site. or are they going to be a complete new part? and when do you anticipate having them generally available to the masses, Thx,1KLRTOY

I would say that a good price would be whatever it costs you to make them plus a reasonable markup for your profit.
You might be able to sell something like this and make a $250 profit, but you may only sell 10 of them. ($2500 total profit)
Price them more reasonable and make a $50 profit and you may sell 100 of them. ($5000 total profit)
I think if more vendors went for a higher volume of sales rather than a higher profit and the notorious "Corvette tax" it would be a better deal for everyone.
Just my .02 cents
People are funny with their cost justifications...
He could probably sell 10 in a week...yielding $2500 profit...selling a hundred may take ally year, even at much better price...
So, $2500 in a week...
or $5000 in a year...
I know I'll take the week and concentrate the other 51 weeks of the year on something else...
