What’s the update on this clutch, I'm ready to buy just waiting for some good track or street testimonies?
Just got mine in last night and having a vibration issue but not sure yet what is causing it--I did drive it a few miles when I picked it up and I can tell you the clutch grabs like a bitch and pedal presure is great and I love this clutch but the vibration scares me--I will get this taken care of and report what I find--
These posts read just like the Exedy ones did a year ago. A hand full of guys say the clutch is the shiznit and that's all it takes for people to jump on the bandwagon. Hopefully the new Aussie clutch turns out to be a winner, however it is *much* to early to declare that clutch superior.

I agree...my Exedy Hyper Single is still doing great FWIW
I have been looking for the vacuum switch but havent found one. I've been so busy trying to get my car back + my applications for grad school are due by the 15th that I havent remembered to check the model number either.
I'll take a pic of everything I have and get you that model #.

The difference is that the exedys hadn't been proven to hold on 700+ rwhp cars. This one has.

Another major difference is that this clutch has been in the market for over 2 years in Austrailia. The Exedy was a new 'unproven' clutch to hit the market. Only after a few higher HP guys started really putting this clutch to the test, did it start to fail. FWIW... this clutch is 2/3 the price of a twin disk.
EVERY clutch should be broken in....The life of the disc and the ultimate gripping power the clutch can provide is heavily diminished without some stop and go driving to "lap" the friction material to the pressureplate/flywheel surface....much like brakes need to be "bedded in" when they are new for best results.
