The shop that tuned my car said the Fast intake had reached its potential on a 408 ci. I may be going .040 over and want all the performance I can get. Whats the alternative W/ ported Dart heads. Heard Tony at AFR is porting the fast intake. Any body know about this? I may PM him and see. Thanks for the input.
I just recently finished installing a 90MM Fast intake and 90MM LS2 throttle body both ported by Tony Mamo, made noticeable difference SOTP after install with no tuning. After tuning we picked up another 22 RWHP.

You're on the right track Rob. Unless you go with a sheet metal, a nicely ported FAST is the way to go. I had one ported by PHIL97SVT on my 346.
The L76 intake I had on my 402 w/ L92 heads outflows even a ported FAST I am told.

He is in the member list under "Tony Mamo". You can also reach him on LS1Tech. He is usually on the forums for discussion but haven't seen any recent posts. Not sure if there is some show of some kind that maybe he is supporting.
Thanks for all the input guys. This project has been very frustrating, I'm feeling better about it all the time. William the engine builder is taking all the right steps to insure a good build, and researching to make more power. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for round three.
