bought at 60,000 miles almost 3 yrs ago, no major problems except white top leaks & has a lot of cracking !! dont know Why other colors are not of same material !?!? Pretty much stock - which may be why not many issues (yet?)
2002 Coupe now with 46,000 miles. Issues - dim HVAC display. I fixed it following instructions found here (resoldered resistors). EBCM has packed it in (code C1214) took it out today and shipped it to Brandon, ABSFIXER.COM. I'm hoping he will cure it. Im grateful for all the help on this site, but really these should have been the subject of a recall by GM - especially the EBCM. I suspect that if enough people complained to the tranportation safety board GM would have been forced to do a recall on the ABS-traction contol.
I bought my 02 A4 coupe at 12,000 miles and the only thing l did was change the oil. That was over 2 years ago. I even have the GMPP extended warranty and never used it.

Same here, 00-Coupe, history showed it was in a couple of times for differential leaks, last time it leaked and made such a noise they tore it down and found ring and pinion had uneven "wear" pattern causing noise, so in Oct 07, brand new 3:15 put in, replaced complete differential, thank God it was in warranty, cost for differential was $1500., not sure about labor. Earlier I mis-spoke when I did not read the invoice correct thinking the differential cost $800., actually it's almost double that. Since install, no problems, running like a pro. Differential install was at 38k miles, now we are at 46k.
2000 Coupe, 93000 miles, Replaced Hazzard Switch for the Turn Signal problems, Replaced Water Pump started leaking, Replaced A/C control unit lights went out, And overheating problems which no one has said and everyone knows about like changing the thermostat and the fan settings....Ohhh ya also why has anyone not mentioned the oil ring problems with certain years....Hmmmmm, And the Oil pressure Sensor.....And the fuel gauge reading empty...Fuel cap door spring...And leaking rear end seal.....Headlight Gears also
recently I have been having electrical issues... first the blinker lights stopped working, then my fuel gauge would read empty after i just filled it up... I took it back to the dealership to get it fixed and they replace my fuel tank, sending unit, and PCM, but besides that the car runs strong
replaced the abs module, recliner handle broke, seal on right side of windshield keeps popping out, trunk sticks, and oil and brakes and battery. The only thing that was expensive to fix was the abs, that and getting the cat remains removed from my engine bay. Too many toys in the garage so the car sits outside, but the cat remains came from a cat getting sucked up into my engine bay, needless to say I wasnt touching that mess, or dealing with that smell, so I had the dealership clean up the mess
Only put around 12k miles on it, but I'm on my third battery (Which I'm sure is from not driving it enough), the Column lock, which the CLB fixed perfect & the LEDs went dim in the HVAC controls. Every vette I've owned has been more reliable then the camaro I had, including the 140k mile '86 which only needed an alternator.

Get a Battery Tender. Only $7.99 from Harbor Freight tools.
Them $7.99 ones are not tenders, they are maintainers only. They will only keep a full battery topped off, they wont top off and maintain a Battery, it says this on the box.
