Well I drove her for the first time last night....Just one small problem, I have a clutch fluid issue. I got a sticky pedal this morning and realized my clutch fluid resivore was bone dry and that it would drip on the header. Im guessing its the gold connector from the clutch line that didnt get all the way in place, or maybe an o ring got pinched?

Thanks for the support and kind words guys....pics will be up soon of the final product

Why paint the valve covers only to cover them w/ fuel rail covers? I'd get a nice set of Katech valve covers in gloss red w/ the coilpack relocation to spruce it up some.

All in all great build up.

BTW did you do your alternator youself? Or did you have it taken apart and done?

I just got really bored waiting on parts so I decided to waste time. I had it taken apart and powdercoated

Curious, one photo above shows the motor pretty much assembled. Were you able to drop it in from the top like that?

No, I just had the intake and valve covers sitting on there because some local guys were anxious to see what it was looking like. The block and heads went in from the top though.
