PISSSSSEDDDDDDDD!!
will have numbers in a week or so, ill even Pm them to you :0
They should be giving you commission for this. Just got my 92 today and waiting on the used LS2 90 tb that I bought off the forum. Already got Torquer v3 cam, asp pulley, Yella Terra's, ported LS6 tb and intake. Can't wait to feel the difference.
I got a cam approx that size also with AFR heads (448rwhp/432tq). I was told that I could get 20+ on HP and TQ. Man I wish money grew on trees !
Love to hear your gain when you find out ! Congrats on the boost !

Your missing the final icing on the cake that every H/C car needs! A properly ported FAST will net you gains all across the powerband, not just up top. Not to mention a very crisp throttle response with no compromise with driveability. Search around, theres plenty of fantastic deals going on now for ported FAST intakes. My car was a different animal when I picked it up from ECS. Its a nice feeling when your own car scares you again

I know all too well... Its on my list for sure. Just strapped right now. One of these days I want to for sure !
I'm probably the only idiot who got a 92 and switched out the shell for the 78 to keep torque up. I'm using an 80 mm tb but I havn't gotten it dynoed yet. I also can get $350 for the shell.
Getting athe 92is nice but add in $250 to $300 for a ls2 tb and $50 harness adapter and one starts to wonder if a stock displacement 346 will benefit ffrom the 92. A year ago you could pick up an LS2 tb for < $150. Now there are some new 92 mm tb's coming out that you can bolt up the stock ls1 motor so you don't have to pay $50 for the $2 harness adapter.
If I can, I'll try doing back to back runs with the 78/80 vs the 92/90 to see.
Got a 228/232 cam and lingenfelter edlebrock heads. Apointment with the dyno at va speed next friday!!! Finally time to get this tuned and back on the road!

I ported my own FAST 90 and 90mmTB. I took my time and removed plastic in critical air flow areas. Seems like I got excellent results. 450 RWHP. It wasnt difficult. Just time consuming. I was really careful as to not make it a $800. paper weight.
I was surprised at the ammount of plastic dust that was removed!

I believe Tony posted up a simple dremel fix to cure the whistling a couple months ago. If I recall it was a small piece of material causing the whistle.
is it ok just to cap the hose, cause theres no spot for it on the fast
Don't cap it. I did and the car started squeaking in low rpm/high vacuum situations. It drove me nuts, but ended up being air being sucked past the crank seal. I've seen this on other FAST equipped cars as well. I just bought a $15 K&N breather with a 3/8" nipple and used a small piece of hose to couple it to the nipple on the valve cover. It's all hidden under the FRC's and no more squeaking.
when i start it up the thing idles at like 1500 then slowly comes down to 1000 but if i tap the gas it shoots up to 2500 then slowly comes back down. is this part of my tune, i have a speed density tune.
