The 1st (that he has for sale) is the easiest type if everything is installed, as you don't have to pull the steering rack and balancer to do it.
I used/borrowed the ATI Crankshaft / Harmonic Balancer Pinning Kit from a buddy.
It was OUTSTANDING!
I installed a Power Bond damper and it has a machined slot for the side pin machined in it as purchased. If the damper that your using does NOT have a machined slot for the side pin, use the front pinning kit.
The only thing I don't like about the front drill kit is if later removal/re-installation is required. Seems that would be a bugger to line up again or you end up re-drilling.
