of thoes choices i would say Shocks and or Sway's would be best bang for the buck. the shocks will make it drive nice and handle a bit better... The sways will definalty make it handle better then the stock C5 sways (if she doesn't drive it hard then the sways may not be a noticable upgrade)

I have all of those things. If I did it all over again, I'd do the shifter first. But I do a lot more shifting than I do puttering around corners.
Shocks vs sways? Swaybars, unless your current shocks are bad now.
Exactly! You will feel and see the shifter/**** every mile. I have the sways and while a nice upgrade the shifer is my favorite but I have not upgraded to the C6 shocks yet.
Well,,,, I know times are tight and not everyone has lots of cash to mod their Corvette as much as they will like but, here are my thoughts:
Find you a UESD set of Z-51 swaybars from the C5 or C6 parts for sale section. That way you can save some cash.
Order a set of C6 ZO6 shocks from Gene Culley www.gmpartshouse.com There $250 new for all four and they bolt right in. Gene also has C6 Z51 sway bars very reasionably and they also bolt right in.
There are used C6 shifters in the C5 and C6 parts for sale all the time.
NOTHING at all wrong with used parts in the shifter and sway bar area. You will save a LOT of cash that way and maybe you can get all three.
