Power Junky I know you are already past this point but I wanted to appologize for giving you some bogus numbers. I went to the local Chevy dealer today to get the Front only coolant line and back plugs with the numbers that were in the FAST directions. The parts are obsolete or not being made anymore. I called FAST to ask them what the deal was and they didn't realize the numbers were no good anymore. They gave me the following new numbers. GM #12602544 Front only coolant vent line. GM #12602540 Plugs for the back coolant vent openings.
Did you not relocate your MAP sensor? The Casper harness number was for the MAP sensor to be relocated. If your sensor is touching it may not be sealing properly.
you mean the Thing that you can put in the back correct?
I cant imagine that thing creating all this lol
Misfiring I think is a Cracked plug... But everything with the harness plugged up fine. I dont see how its "new" location could make this much of a difference, my car sound cammed out lol big time lol
I was told by a couple different places to relocate the MAP sensor to the front. The fuel level thing is a known problem. Mine was doing the same thing when I first got it. Some people recomended using Seafoam in the gas to solve the problem. I didn't. I have been using Premium Gas with STP Octane booster and haven't had any more problems with it.
Ill check the MAP sensor tomorrow, but What about the Throttle codes?
obviously Ill check the harness it self to see if its plugged in correctly, but Lucky was talking about checking it with a voltmeter?
Ill Grab some more photo's for you guys, as for the Pcv system its the same, only thing different is that line near the TB isnt hooked up right now, only because I wanted to make sure I could at least get the car started lol
Ill get a fitting and I guess route it into my intake piping?
Ok so far I gathered that I guess that MAP sensor isnt as good as I thought lol looked at the LPE kit $66??? Really? Screw that Ill go to Home Depot and do my own way lol
And Im trying to figure out how I will connect the air tube beside the TB, Im starting to think ithe Pcv system is loosing pressure because its disconnected.

It's good you have a sense of humor. I strongly suggest you do more research or have other experienced (with LS1s) friends help you install stuff. Leaving that vacuum line disconnected is probably why the car idles bad and is throwing the MAF error (1514). That code is set when metered airflow and "actual" airflow (calculated) don't match.
This is the first time I've ever heard of someone flattening those coolant lines. It sounds like redneck engineering to me.
To pass time Im actually search all threads about fast intakes (surprisingly not many)
I may see what ls1tech has over there.
I saw in a Thread how a member routed that Vac line to his catch can than into the intake manifold. I've been wanting this anyway so maybe its time for me to just do this as well...
As for "tapping" down the lines, its very subtle and takes no time, saves buying 01-04 lines. The "DIY thread" There's a a write up of a FAST install and he actually tapped the lines from what I was told lol, Im guessing its pretty common lol
