Most everything will swap over from your existing vehicle. Exhaust, accessories, water pump, oil pan, coils, flywheel/clutch etc. If it's in good condition (not needing replaced anyways) and suitable for your newfound power (clutch), swap it over and use it.

You will need:
Intake setup completed with fuel rail, injectors, and TB of your choice (Nick Williams or LS2)
Injector adaptors
Your balancer will work if in good condition, also consider a new one while you are in there or even an aftermarket underdrive balancer.
To drill and tap for your knock sensors on the side of the block. New harness included with the engine.
I wouldn't consider running this engine with your factory exhaust manifolds. If you don't have them already, please get headers.

Jesse two questions: you said we would have to drill and tap for two knock sensors, how, where and why aren't they already there; second I noticed you said a new harness is included, is it complete except for the ECM?

SDPC Jessie your thoughts on my question above?

Also do you have any forum members who have purchased the engine that we can contact, thanks

The harness included is just the extension harness to use the cam sensor in the front cover and the knock sensors in the holes noted in the picture above. The holes are there, but are threaded for the newer Gen IV style sensors, whereas anything Gen III needs to adapt it to use their knock sensors.

Thanks Jesse that helped. I called a couple of times last week to discuss some options but we missed each other. I will try again this week

What are you guys getting out of the short block set up?

Do you have a package like this with a 4.00 stroke?

thanks

Yes, we can do a 416 for you. Shoot me over a PM with what you're looking to do and I can quote you a price. Pricing depends what internals we put in it.

I never received the information you mentioned you were going to send. I hope all is well and maybe you are sick-if so hope you get well. I could not wait any longer- bought another built engine for my project-similar but with larger cam.

Good luck and again hope all is well.

Any chance of that engine passing a smog test in CA? Would it be possible to hook up all the smog control parts from a 2003 Z06 and have it work?
Thanks,
John

Two questions.

#1 Is this still available and #2 would it be pretty straight forward to install into a 2007 C6? Thanks for the help!
