One of the solder joints on your board or something where the vacuum florescent tube connects is poor.

This could also be the time to maybe see if a local electronics repair store might be able to see a problem. I remember when I looked at my dim HVAC solder joints they did not look bad. Resoldered them and now it works fine.

I AGREE!

Just make sure that you properly communicate to the repair tech that you have an INTERMITTANT issue with the vacuum display. That will allow him to concentrate on looking in the correct areas.

I once told a FEMALE FORUM member (Not knowing I was speaking to a FEMALE),,, that you need to read your DIC and get the codes.

It turned out funny BUT,, it could have gone in a completely different direction!
