Hi I have a 2001 z06 just put the motor back in after major rebuilt and I can't get the injectors to work. She'll turn over , fire for a sec then nothing. I've checked the grounds and don't know what else to do.
1-GROUND
2- Coil Power
3-Coil Driver signal
4-Any or all of the above.
Start by actually MEASURING the voltages on the COIL CIRCUIT FUSES. Yes there's more than one... Measure the test point slots on top of the fuse/s to chassis ground and look for FULL BATTERY VOLTAGE on each fuse.

you have checked the pump pressure and relay, right?..
Here are some schematics to help you take some meter readings. If you dont figure out whats missing,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,, Its going to cost you a LOT of time and cash:

If it worked when before you replaced the engine, you forgot to hook something back up...look for a ground or a wire connector you missed...put some temporary grounds between the motor ,frame, etc so you can either discover its a ground or eliminate it all together...If it ran, you just missed connecting something...
