Your light issues make me think the Multifunction (MF) switch may be the issue.

When you say turn signals do you mean you are having issues with the Left and Right or just one side? If both sides then the Hazard switch is the issue. If one side only it should be an MF issue.

What about your tail lights and instrument lights. The hazard switch isn't going to affect them. If every thing works with twilight sentinel (except the turn signals) then I would look at replacing the multifunction switch. You need to pull the codes!

Replace the Hazard switch first since it is obviously the issue with the turn signal.

Your first 3 codes are related to the driver door.

B2578 and B2583 are related to the turn signal circuits. It is saying that it detects you have turned on a turn signal circuit but there is no pulsing of the voltage. This could be a Hazard switch flasher issue or an internal problem with the MF switch.

Based on the other issues with lights you could replace the MF switch first and see what that fixes. It certainly looks like the MF switch has issues for sure.

Now if you can perform electrical diagnostics then I can provide all the FSM info to figure out if it is the MF switch , Hazard switch, or another circuit issue.

If you need DIY on replacing the MF switch, here it is. Some people try to take it apart and try to resolve their issues.

The last code is related to the Theft Deterrent system and fuel shutoff.

You can try deleting your codes and see if any come back. You never told us if they were H or C. If you turn the ignition OFF and then pull the codes they will almost all show as H.

Your statement is true. I was just keying in on once your turn the ignition OFF then most all codes you later pull will show as H. Would have been better to say pull codes BEFORE you turn the ignition OFF which is what I normally say. But I'm not entirely normal, you should know that.

Thanks again Chuck.
