Elec. Question.





BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,, If it were me, I would remove the one in there NOW and test it just like the Vid.
I like to PROVE the fault.

Here was the culprit: A pinched wire. Easily fixed once I opened the harness and looked for it.
The PINK wire is 12 VDC Switched power for one bank of coils.
SUCKS HARD to have to drive the car on SIX CYLINDERS when that fuse blows!!

There is a small tab inside a small window on the plastic body of the assy. Press in on that tab and the lock cyl will come out.
Switch being the cause of the lssue. Scale of 1-10 10 being 100% the cause: My rating = 1.5

poop! I was hoping for better odds than that. Time will tell.
D. The oil temp sensor wires are pretty close to the headers, But looked good when I replaced the sensor.
