Turn one does full pump rebuilds, a couple different pulley size options. Really made for the road course guys who tend to kill the PS pumps in no time. So should be overbuilt for street use
I’ll give them a call on the rebuild price vs getting a new pump.
Kinda find it odd how a lot of performance parts are still built back on the east coast. Shows this is where all the real performance guys are raised lol .

Thank again I called them up and seems a very reasonable price to rebuild the pump up to supercharger spec . Thanks total cost of replacement 300 bucks give or take a a few dollars . Not bad seeing a pump rebuild stock is 150 -200 . Plus a pulley . Good deal thanks for the hookup .
I’m just so irritated after 2 hours off getting greased you can to realize the unit has to come off . Then even getting it off is now a hassle because of the 102 steam vent lol . It’s just becoming one more step everywhere I turn and it’s really not even worth the enjoyment to me anymore. Think I rather sell it off get rid of the potential headaches that are bound rise up and just do a naturally aspirated build when the stock motor ***** the bed .

If it was a simple belt swap I wouldn’t be complaining. But swapping belt on this is just a headache and a 1/2 ... Take out the complete head unit just to change a belt that’s just messed up . I’m sure I’ll get over it I’m just on a rant now it’s a 100 out here swetting ***** . Hmmmmmm dam performance cars . Belt change why is everything complicated on this thing I just don’t get it . I seen other guy just slipping the belt in easy Peazy . Wonder how they got all the extra room .

Get this another piece not tightened down when the intake was install by the dealer . The front passenger steam line was leaking **** that coulda been causing the squeak .
The guy at turn one says he thinks my pump is just fine . So he would hate to me **** money away if I don’t need to .
When I had the AC Delco professional series water pump it was impossible to change belt without loosening the main bracket bolts. Once I got the true OEM replacement one it had a lot more clearance and was able to swap belt without pulling it all apart. It was still really tight and a pain yeah. I got pretty good by belt 5 lol. But I guess I'm a quitter too!
When I lived in FL I had a portable AC unit in the garage, it made a huge diff just lowering the humidity. Now in new New Mexico it's much more dry as long as I have some air flow I'm OK. Thankfully garage has a side door so I can open that up to get a breeze. Thankfully it's always windy here too, lol.
But anyway I hear ya. When it's back to back to back issues it can be a little discouraging. Taking a little break from the project mentally is another option.

I hear ya but I just can’t quit until it’s done done . Just to strong of a work ethic to quit . We’re all on COVID lockdown so it’s not like I have anything much to do on one hand it sucks in the other I rather have the issues rise before I’m back to work and have no time at all weeks days or weekend .
Sounds like belt dust. Yes you get a lot of it with belt slip or alignment issues.
could be the answer and al that belt dressing. Back to cleaning.....got break out the compressor ...have some dinner and get back at get y’all a shot of it all cleaned up .
Belt dressing will definitely create a mess of stuff. I know from experience with a Procharger D1SC. You honestly shouldn't be having huge belt issues with a centrifugal supercharger unless one of your pulleys is chipped / cracked or there is an alignment issue. Belt slipping can be common and a cog setup was the answer back in the day but that was really limited to the mega-boost drag setups and those of us that can never leave well enough alone. Looks like the supercharged guys on here know their stuff and will lead the way for sure.

Just got done getting the unit back in aligned up clamps tightens . Seems the 90 7/8 is a little harder to get over the alt pulley new but it’s there and seems a lot better fit then the 91 inch I first got with it and still there’s some wiggle room to adjust later on but seems tighter then before . So ya Gates Belt
90 7/8 13/16mm . 6 rib . Works .
