Why were you even using that thing in the first place? Junkyard find? That looks like it belongs on the airbox end of an OEM intake, not on the TB of a boosted 900whp beast. You probably picked up 37 ponies just by putting on an appropriate coupler!
That thing really wigs out if it’s put down below before the inner cooler ....and that’s ummmm how it ever got the beehive busted in the 1st place .......it worked as I was saying up top....cooling but sadly enough it will twist the screen to a bend a want to suck it up...this is why I have picked up a turbo hits for the inner cooler also to keep out any major debris ...from possibly entering...I have fixed the screen so will see how long it holds up again ...
Ya it def picked up a ton without a huge air leaks ....could be around 40 /50

Today’s addition cause it was on hand for only 10 bucks ... The one from hawks the ribbed flex style is absolute horrible melted to the intake and throttle body thinnest piece of rubber they could possibly make work....not impressed especially under boost it ripped wide open...be sending that back to with a note about quality... This 10 dollar coupler was that of quality 8 ply kinda just like what aa has bet it’s the same given the tag ....different supplier ... Ripped & heat warped
I know the real truth how this happen. The feds cut the tube and are trying to slow him down to stay within surveillance.
So jealous ....I just want to see this ls7 built turbo car u say
That will prob be my little mans x-mas gift and even he knows and would vouch for the vette and he’s only 1 lol ...papa looks he’s says vroom vroom vroom with a big *** smile ya don’t worry son your old mans will teach Ya plenty just wait till he’s 4 or 5 and I start throwing him wrenches just like my old man

My car isnt turbo, just an LS7, dry sump with MAD ported Brodix heads. No boost. Ive had 3 different motors, 3 different turbo setups and two different blower setups in 6 years.... I’m indecisive

It worked no joke no water spots ....straight after to spray wax and wheels prob shaved 1 hour drying time took about 20 mins total wash ,wax and even shine the wheels and tires
I think the cannon style attachment might work better so next wash I’ll switch the tube

No dyno yet as the motor is still on the engine stand while I cut and weld a bit of the frame for my custom radiator setup and 3 gallon dry sump tank. I’m also recovering from some neck issues that have kept me from putting in any work. I’d guess it’ll be around 600 to the wheels.
I’m also 8 weeks into what was supposed to be a 5-6 week wait for widebody rear fenders to fit my new 18x12 rear wheels
