Not the fuse but the ignition switch…resistance there or maybe just goes open circuit.
Ok ...
took it for a ride:
1. it happens randomly.
2. doesn`t have to do with temp.
3. doesn`t drop voltage to the fuse or disconnects while stall/shutdown or at all except for ignition key switched off.
4. could happen after 5 minutes break but doesn`t stall while driving, stop lights or stop signs. and not always (random)
5. when it stalls/shuts down, it takes a few attempts (3,4) and then drives well.
6. stalls / shuts down only while moving (and sometimes wont start if moving) and at slow speed at reverse too (2mph maybe?)
in two words - second wife
forgot to mention I took all the panels off and reconnected the switch, checked for voltage drop while doing that, all was OK.

Hello again..
quick update:
I replaced the switch again and it still shuts down.. waiting for lmc5.
meanwhile I managed to screw something else.. my MAF is not responding, shows 1.4g/s and pink wire when switch on, shows no voltage, yellow shows 5v
like you mentioned here https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...post1604761844.
is there a fuse or common ground to the MAF? or any idea?
With key on or in start you should see 12 volts at fuse 19…do you ??…the ground G106 is above starter…I believe your 03 should be the same as mine…take a 12 volt test light connected to battery POSITIVE…touch tip to the MAF black/white ground wire…the light should light if ground is OK.
Fuse is good and ground is good...
The pink wire runs from the maf straight to the fuse?
No, the wire runs from the fusebox to the MAF sensor…do you know how to read these wiring diagrams ??…I doubt you have a piercing probe but try piercing the wire with a needle or similar a few inches back from the connector and see if you read 12 volts…you may have a bad connection right at the MAF…if still no good you will need to find the underhood fuse box pin E3 and check there.HOW did you screw up the sensor ??

I did pierce it about 5 inches back on the braid and nothing....
I guess I should trace it to pin E3 and maybe even rerun a new wire....damn..
I`m sorry if my English is bad it`s my second language..

Got it!!! woow!!!
Traced the pink with a sounder all the way to the fuse block connector and it was good but the fuse didn't make a sound so I figured it was the fuse holder.....and it was spread...
Don't know what would I do without you.
Thanks A lot!

To be continued with the original problem.....
How did this happen ??…you said in post 66 that the fuse was good…I assuming you didn’t check that fuse with your DVOM or test light ??…even though the fuse was not blown you still have to check power.

I guess the fuse leg that goes to the MAF was loose so i got power on both legs and tested the fuse too that was not burned
LMC5 finally arrived today and it did not fix the problem.
changed second new key switch and it did not fix the problem.
the car will shut down when starts rolling and wont start while rolling only at full stop it will start. it`s not a stall from lack of power it is an electrical shut down. it happens randomly and usually when the car is after a 5 minutes and up rest/turned off. wonder what safety feature/system will shut down the car at slow speed and wont let it start when still in motion.
This may just be a column lock issue but you are not getting any messages associated with that…it’s strange it only happens with the engine cold…my issue happened with engine at operating temp and not…if that’s the case you can order an LMC5 from Amazon…I’ve never researched if there are more parameters needed other than the engine quitting at 2 MPH…wondering if you were on a hill and let it roll above 2 MPH if it would stall ??…mine would stall basically when my clutch was let out but I did receive the “pull key…” message.
Found someone with HP tuners, changed from 2mph to 255mph , and made it so it wont kick in at. Works great for now, I will update if anything comes.
