Get home.... screen too narrow.
Go to back to Home Depot & buy wide gutter screen $18
Get Latte on the way Home $5
Go home - cut gutter screen too short.
Go to Home Depot again & buy wide gutter screen $18
Get Latte on the way Home $5
Go back to Home Depot & get better sheet metal cutters $22
Get Latte on the way Home $5
Cut finger on the sharp edge of screen - two stiches ...$50 ER deductible

I DON"T WANT TO "MAKE" ONE. Got better things to do with my time.
These things are like giant vacumn cleaners, they suck up EVERYTHING.
Mine hasleaves and garbage sucked up and it only has 1200 miles on it.

Excuse me, but from a quick scan of the posts I don't see any mention of how much this screen actually restricts airflow to the radiator, which it will to some degree--especially mounted at an angle. I'm only interested compared to stock with a clean radiator; I know a radiator covered with road crud has problems. I've seen people do similar screens on other vehicles in warm climes have problems.

Any data/input/feedback?

Avanti -

I had the same concerns as you about increased temps before Ted put my screen on. I didn't notice any change in temps at idle, at cruise, or during hard driving (which I got to do last night chasing Ted down some back roads in a Venom 600 in 85 degree weather):cool: , and it has been in the 85-110 degree range here in San Jose lately.
