:iagree: I haven't got mine yet either. They sent me an email a week and a half ago and said that it was in the mail. If anyone hears anything let us know...

Sorry for the delay we had an issue with our email account but we got everything working and we are back on track, we have extended the Group Purchase and teh price is still $99.00 plus free shipping. If you are interested you can email us or call us at 408-448-8811. Thank you for your patience and your support.
I only just now noticed this thread. How long have you extended the GP? Can I still get in on the $99 shipped?

Just wanted to let everyone know that I received mine last week. I've not put it on yet, but it's a quality-looking piece. I think everyone will be very happy (when they finally arrive).

I think we caught the Valaya guys off-guard on this GP. ;)

To their credit, Ted (from Valaya) did call me a couple of times regarding my shipment and the customer service seems to be very good, so I wouldn't worry too much right now.

It's been a month since my payment went in and still nothing. Yes, I was told a number of times that it was sent and yes, I confirmed that they had the correct address but as of today...nothing in spite of the promises. :banghead: This wouldn't be acceptable from a private party and is especially unexpected from a VENDOR. This sure is starting to resemble my Iforged scenario. :mad

Gee I have had mine for about three weeks now, just amazing that yours did not arrive, could it have been misdelivered or misplaced? You just seem to have such horible luck getting vendor orders inside your door.

I have a similar problem except that Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address and couldn't retrieve it. Fedex asked that I make a claim and that the shipper would be reimbursed and I inturn get another Debris Guard. This was 3 weeks ago and I can't get anyone from Valaya Racing to respond. Terrible service from a supporting vendor. I will pursue action with my credit card company next. :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad

The vendor and I have re-confirmed that they do have the right address on at least 4 occasions(no other deliveries have had problems). I have been told that they will send another one 3 times, when I asked for a tracking number I got a return phone call 5 days later stating that my name fell thru the cracks  and that they would send one out in the second batch by Tuesday (7/29) and that I would also receive the tracking number. As of 8/10 nothing. Hence the frustration. :cuss :mad I don't want to bash them on their thread-I'm sure that they are a great vendor. This is just something that wouldn't be tolerated from a private seller but is the chance that we take for a lesser price. From a vendor, we are supposed to have eliminated that. It seems as though it's just not the case with some.:banghead:

Ordered mine as soon as we hit the 30 in mid July. Still haven't received as of 8/10! Not good from a vendor who expects future business from forum members. :cuss

I take that as a 'no'. I know I will never buy a thing from them again. I hope everyone else doesn't have the same terrible experience.

Left a message for them today and e-mailed them letting them know they're starting to get some real negative play on this thread. :banghead:

By the way, you will have a problem with the debris guard if you have the GM bra. They use the same three bumper cover screw locations, and the snap-head screw for the bra is not long enough to go through the bumper guard back into the retainer :(

I can't believe that there's no response/product yet. Maybe they did merge with Iforged. :jester

Paul, if you pull the plug on your order, I can sell you mine. I can't use it with the GM bra.

I'm going to take one more crack at trying to find snap-head #8 screws that are longer than 5/8". If not, then she be up for grabs (although local SoCal customers get first crack since I really don't want to figure out how to ship this puppy).

Sorry guys, things here at the shop went alittle crazy, first the debris guards got on back order, but no worries we are back online, the other thing that set us all behind on everything not only with the shipping of the debris guards is our lack of customer service. Which we are extremely sorry and wish you will forgive us since we are back on track. The main cause for all of the lagging is the shop owner is getting a divorce, thing just dont go well when you catch your wife having an affair. So that has affected us all, cuz we consider each other family here. But like I said before things are looking straight ahead again, and to clear everything up on what the progress is on the orders is everyone that has yet to see there order it is most definetly being shipped out on Mon Aug 18th. Again all of us here at Valaya Racing deeply apolagize for how we have been taking care of you. We wish to continue doing buisness with all of you in the future with out anymore problems. If you have any questions please give me a call at 408-448-8811 or email us at valayaracing@hotmail.com. A phone is more direct, if you need to talk to us right away. Again thank you for your patience.
