The font used on the covers are from generation 5.
C6 font will be released to us soon. GM actually wanted to wait until the C7 was released before letting us have the C6 font. I don't understand why either. It's a GM thing.
Ford is a bit easier to deal with when it comes to licensing.
Here's a finish you can't paint on to your calipers:
Nice. Too bad they did not come in a red with that background.
I love the ones I put on my car. This is a well engineered product and glad it is a USA made product. Keep the jobs here instead of China. Afterall they are screwing us enough with the interst on the loans we have with China.
How come no one ever complains about breast implants??
Touche! Ben, thanks for taking the time to defend your data. At the end of the day, personal appearance is an individual concern; but if you can prove the heat sink theory with data, that's interesting. Being a critic on the internet is pretty lame; bringing quality, repeatable data is what we should be after. Thanks again, bro. I for one am interested in learning more.

Most of our customers are people that just don't like the way their calipers look and not interested in painting. Some have painted their calipers and were looking for a different solution. A VERY small percentage are actually buying the caliper covers to "trick" people into thinking they have a BBK. Although we understand this misconception, this was never the intent of the product. If that was our intent, we would have formed them differently.

As you can see from this thread, it's not for everyone and that's ok. This is America and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I think you're waaay off on your percentages there chief. If the intent isn't to fool others into thinking you have a BBK,why the painted on caliper pins?

As far as the covers go, they are a personal preference. Just like those of us who have decals covering our emblems with an american flag, or blacked out etc.. Lets just give our honest opinion without being insulting, it can be done.
