Very Cool, always liked the C6 rear, not so much the front. Like the C7 front, kind of so so on the rear. So, for me it's the peanut butter and chocolate thing-

I have done a lot of modifications on my vettes, but not a single modification that shows externally. All go, no show. I have a friend with a c7 who has done extensive modifications to things like steering wheel, carbon fiber doo-dads, etc. Nothing that makes the car perform better. So it is all a matter of personal taste. I like the c7 interior better than the c6 interior, but I still hate the looks of the c7 exterior. I guess I just don't like this mod, but again it is all in what your tastes and values are. I thought I saw a Whipple supercharger in the pictures. I do like that.
What a cool idea....looking forward to seeing you come up with a conversion....hope the Chevy boys at the factory take a look at this...yep...you don't have to be a hi paid engineer or designer to come up with great ideas as yours is...please keep me informed...heys boys....time to take some lessons from us vette folks too!!!
I love stuff like this. The haters are hilarious too. Your talent is undeniable. I don't know what that "kit" car is in your driveway or what it's based on, but it is damn fine looking for sure. You sir, know what the heck you're doing.
STUNNING i only like the headlights from the C7 and to take them off and put them on the C6 is going to be a HUGE HIT. That is if it doesn't break your bank account trying to do so....
That's the surprising thing for me. I know all looks are subjective, but to my eye, the C7 headlights on the C6 look totally at home, especially the way the OP has placed them.
I can really appreciate the amount of work you put in to this mod, but I have to say I like my C6 lights on my 2008, wide body Z06, better than the C7. Maybe it's just a "light" thing with the C7. I still don't like the Camaro looking tail lights either.
Haha I love haters comments the most. You guys are awesome. In my life I choose to focus on good things and I admire those who step out of the box. If it weren't for this mentality I wouldn't have started numerous companies. I wouldn't have just bought my first real Lamborghini Murcielago. I wouldn't have given thousands of Corvette owners products that make their car more enjoyable and practical. It's the doubters and haters that been a key part of teaching me how important doing your own thing in life regardless of what others say is what separates the average from the exceptional. Keep the angry comments coming it only makes me smile more.

Just finished last primer coat. Going to test this setup for a few weeks and then mold everything including drop in headlight mounts so you won't need to weld anything. I measured these with a C7Z at the shop the other day and the angles are very close so they should be adjustable to line up fine. Worst case I will modify the housings to align and level them out as I have on a few other custom builds.
