I have also reloaded 2.02 beta and used the tool to restore to factory defaults.
What color is the blinking light?

This is the most recent working firmware if you want to test it out also

Just to update 2.02 firmware. After an hour of driving no crashing occurred. I keeping my fingers crossed and will test further this weekend.

I'll have to check again. It looked like red/blue based upon the light on my shin.

Did about 5 hours in the car yesterday, with the longest continuous run being about 2 hours. New firmware worked great, no more drops.

Not as of yet, but that vehicle has been in the list of possible vehicles for a while now.

This version of the file worked on the first attempt! It says something a little different when it powers up now.

Yeah. It now says Auto Meter instead of DashLogic

Any one know which PID to use with Dashlogic using boost? I was using the following:

30001 (Calculated Boost psi) Would get a -13 or so at idle to a maximum of 6 lbs under boost. My 87mm pulley in the HB should make around 9.

9 (Absolute Manifold Pressure. Changed to this PID and it is now reading all positive pressure. My car is doing an incredible 2 lbs of boost at idle, and when I did a roll on to about 1/2 throttle, a really incredible 17 psi.....

Anyone using Dashlogic know which PID to use, or are you using a custom PID to get the correct reading?

Thanks for any help.

Answered you in the other thread, but the short answer is the boost one. MAP is based on an absolute scale, it's not saying you're in boost. It's saying you're ~2 psi above a perfect vacuum at idle. 17psi would be 2psi of boost, roughly.

Boost one is probably spot on. "should be 9" doesn't mean 9. Lots of stuff effect boost.

DashLogic does a simple MAP - Baro to get boost, so as long as your sensors are accurate, the boost level should be also.

Thanks. I plan on running the calc next to your Boost and compare. I expect them to be the same.

I have a boost gauge that I had put in before getting Dashlogic, and they report identical #s.

I always start to think about installing DL and then I run into a thread like this Seems like it would be just as easy to install boost and A/F gauges.

I actually like DL much better than my stand alone boost gauge. I've actually thought about removing my boost gauge several times, but I'm just too lazy.

Because plugging it in is hard? Because selecting a few options from a do down box is hard?

Posting on a forum is harder than configuring a dashlogic.

I agree, it's really not hard to figure out. I just haven't done calculated PIDS yet, and now I can with a bit of help from the guys that have. Much easier than installing gauges, running and hiding wiring, sensors, etc.

I am not sure what you mean? The boost PID that is already there by default is MAP - Baro, so if you create an identical calculation, you will get an identical result.
