Just to correct what was incorrectly stated;
The 5 fastest runs in my H/C c5Z have been run by ME in both mph and ET, a few in heads up(pro tree) competition.
I will also add that it would be alot to expect from Ed to run his manual C6 to a best will little strip experience.

We especially need to work on the launch. The 60’ times are hurting us.
Now that we actually have some time over the winter, I plan on making some changes that I feel will make the car run a bit faster. My turn next.
Damn, I knew he was a master at the automatics but Tommy can really drive the manuals too huh?
He needs to work on those launches though for that car has gone low 1.4s already in the past...the good thing to note is that you're damn good at launching these cars so the potential is there for those sixty foots to come down with you driving which while it might cost ya some of that MPH will also lower that ET quite nicely.

The Braciole mobile will be getting some tires, 4 rears to be exact
early next week,, Mich PS2s 305 30 19s and 315 30 18 BFGs DRs
So I should be in the top ten for Bolton cars, maybe better with a little luck and some weather. Thats what I am shooting for! Im 12 miles or so from one of the best tracks in the country Atco!! So I have a slight advantage Ill need all the help I can get to beat the cars at the top!!

Sorry for the late replies... I've been very busy at work and with summer here I've been outside quite a bit more... Anyway to answer some questions...
I didn't mean less power as oppose to the stock power, but less power than I will have with better DA. In addition, my tune was a little off. I did it very quickly as I got the headers on late and didn't have the time to put into it to make it perfect. At the track it was pulling timing due to AFR being leaner than it should have been, and I just reduced timing since my wideband wasn't plugged in to verify changes which didn't turn out how I thought it would.
Still, I couldn't get traction with all the pollen on the ground at the track rental so I've decided to wait till winter/better tires. 11.8s with no traction, but that will change quickly.
I have since gotten the tune spot on, and came up with a few creative features.
I programmed in a two step and a no lift shift (though I think I shift fast enough that I wouldn't have to lift anyway.) I need to test it at the track to see if it launches correctly, hopefully it will.

I agree. See my above remarks. I am sure we'll see low 11s by the end of this year. I'll try on the street tires and then drag radials if I can't get traction.
Hopefully I won't get kicked out of the track for going too fast... because I'm not putting a roll cage in it lol
Andrew, how did you get less power with headers and tune, i know you will loss power because of the heat but the traction should be better, typically you will loss or gain 3% of your hp depending on every 1000ft of DA but the headers and tune should have overcame that.

Good point. While a big swing up in DA will zap some power, the addition of headers (no cats too if I recall?) and a thermostat should more than make up for that loss plus some and of course a warmer day puts more heat in the track and the tires.
Based on it's stellar stock times, I feel that Andrew's car should've been in the 11.5s/11.4s after the headers, t-stat and retune even on that 'bad air' day on stock tires.

New best time and only with a Tune From 1320 Performance which is my own Tuning shop and a Vararam...this pass was with a 83 Deg weather and 50% Hunidity
