Always had good luck with Sunoco
When is someone gonna do something about the gas prices!!!!!
I paid 4.09 for 93 2 days ago and it just went up again!!
What should I do with my Boat!!!!!!!! LOL!!
Mike
San Diego county limits octane to 91. The top-tier vendors I trust the most are Exxon and Shell. Of these, I prefer Exxon because of the additive cocktail... mmmmmm.
Are you sure about that? I can get 100 octane in Huntington Beach. I would think there are a few places in San Diego to obtain premium fuel.
I paid $4.25 a gallon for Sunoco 93 tonite for the vette!!
Sat morning I paid $3.99 a gallon for 87 for my boat. I had a little
over half a tank in the boat, 220.00 dollars to fill it up!!!

From previous posts over the years; Techron is the additive of choice and is only available with Chevron and Texaco.
There must be a Tanker driver or a Station owner/manager that could tell us where and when the additives are put into the gas.
Could it be that the additive package is put in by the tanker at delivery to Texaco and Chevron only? The other deliveries by that tanker don't get the Techron package?
Remember, Texaco only has to put a drop of Techron in their tanks to claim their fuel has Techron in it.
Using Shell 93 here plus a bottle of Techron Fuel System Cleaner (not the cheaper Injection Cleaner) every so often.
south american/bush hater Hugo Chavez is the president of Venezuela and Venezuela does own CITGO.....but ARABS and terrorists own the others...maybe with the exception of BP...also, most oil companies are owned by more than one person/group/nationality and it is sometimes very hard to find out who really owns the companies.
Citgo's profit does go back to Venezuela but others go back to Saudi Arabia/Iraq/Iran however, all of the refineries are on U.S. soil and have AMERICAN workers. I should know....I am one.
Besides, the gasoline you buy at an Exxon or Shell etc may have been made at CITGO or Chevron etc refineries---as long as the gas meets spec it will be sold under other brand names with thier additive packages (techron, v power, etc) THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE GASOLINE YOU BUY AT A CERTAIN BRAND OF STATION WAS INFACT REFINED AT THAT BRANDS REFINERIES.
American major oil companies are NOT owned by Arabs. They are owned by stockholders, most of which are non-Arabs. The predominant stockholders in these companies are global stock funds and individual investors. Citgo shouldn't be allowed to exist in America and anyone who purchases from them is supporting a dictator that hates America.
