Not sure actually who is the ignorant one. Reality bites. You are welcome to jump up and down when C7 is unveiled though.

All speculation at this point of course but....exactly how much improving or upgrading has to happen with a new car before you determine that it's worthy?

I am amazed by how many experts we have on this forum that know everything there is to know about the C7.

Default Come on y'all!

Agh, this is a CORVETTE! The AMERICAN sports car. When a mid engine Corvette is designed, it will NO LONGER be a Corvette!!!!! With all the achievements and technology behind the current desighn, why change it and start over? With that being said, my C4 is still kicking serious butt!

You can call it Fiero for all I care, not like it has not been done in the past. If it was not for UAW, you would be driving a REAL mid engine vette already and loving it.

cut production cost and increase profits by reusing the same layout and drivetrain in other cars? Just guessing here.

No need to guess, Einstein. Here is one thing you can do with a front engine car:

Well, that goes both ways...some are already crying about what they think that the car won't have while others are claiming to know what it will have.
It's just too soon to speculate about it and/or actually make a final purchase decision based on such.

Wrong! I have already made the decision to purchase it!

I made this decision off of two criteria.

1. It is a Corvette
2. It is a new Corvette

well, why don't you repeat yourself a few more times? None of Ferrari front engine cars are of sports car variety, they are TOURING cars, just like their counterparts at Maserati but of course you already knew that Einstein

People like you need repetition. The Ferrari front engine cars aren't sports cars? You are not rational at this point. Get a good nights' sleep
and see if you remember any of this in the morning.

Ferrari 250 GTO

All Ferrari Sports cars were front engined.
Ford AC Cobra one of the most fabulous sports cars of it's time.

The new Ferrari F12 has the engine forward of the passenger compartment. It is the most powerful and fastest road going Ferrari of all time. Their fastest road car around their test track. You are brilliantly correct, 100% touring car, not a sports car at all.

I dont think its that. Its that we dont know anything so many of us are not throwing out judgements about it.

What good is it to say that a car that doesn't even exist is terrible? That in itself sounds ignorant.
