All looks great Glen! Too bad the exhaust cover above doesn't come in carbon flash black to match the lower part of the rear... that should be your next mod... paint that thing black!
This was my original intention, bought the hi temp flat black and everything, once I temp mounted it, looked "right" so I left it the polished look that matched the tips...maybe it'll go black later on....
Thanks for all the nice comments....if you don't like something , offer up an alternative, I'm open to changes!....(sorta...LOL)

Does that plate contact the tailpipes at all? I would wonder if there is any buzzing or vibration. And I do agree that it will really clean up that area when painted black.

it would not be there, if it did...it would be winging it's way back to corvettemods....cut perfectly to be about 1/16 inch around the pipes...with ll the flex of the pipes it does not touch/vibrate...
A note on my mods: I have a few mods that did not work out and therefore not posted, if it's here, it because it's a successful mod, if it goes bad, I'll post that too...this is not my first rodeo on mods....
sure...the stock cap is two piece and with a small jeweler screwdriver the badge/top cap pops off and leaves you with this:It is then simply glued to the TSW cap using epoxy putty after acetoning the TSW face........it fits perfectly:
That cap looks REALLY good! I liked your wheels before but that gray center on there is even better.
Your car is great looking.
My Cyber Gray is about to be ordered and the first thing I'm ordering are the wheels you have.
NICE JOB with all the mods and thanks for sharing the info where to get them!!!!!!
very nice. you might think about the carbon-flash treatment, or the smoke treatment, to the stingray emblem and re-install it.
thx but I really just don't like the sperm...no matter what color. The only badge exterior mod left to make is I am waiting for GM to approve the licensing for letters on the back where now it says "Corvette". Word is by April or so you'll be able to buy that in carbon flash and say "StingRay", in the proper C7 font. RPI should have it...
You sir are NAILING it - Wish I had the time to play with my C7. Winter is already rolling into Indiana.... I'm going to plasti dip my wheels, and lower the car next week. CAN'T WAIT
Ok, so I finally finished all that I'm gonna do in the engine bay with Don's RPI stuff - the first pic is the gloss plenum (not interested in more CF) and it looks "serious", IMO...LOL
The second is adding the really glossy rails done in the color of my car with red accents...a HUGE diff from the stock ones above...
Both of these alcohol wiped and then treated with Dodo "tropical red mist" wipe on seal - made for hi temps...
Glen - Looks great - I just received mine and started to do the install today - but Im a little stuck trying to get the power cord unlocked. Is there a trick to it? Thanks - Brian
